Can anybody guess THE MOST important element in the body.... Thats right OXYGEN is the most important element in the body it oxidizes our food and without it there wouldn't be life on this planet AT ALL. You cant have a superstar team without some type of role players on that team, well its the same case for your body there are some role elements that contribute to your body and makes it to the big and strong one you have today.
